ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS:

Each additional passenger is $10.00usd in the Houston area for up to 6 passengers

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be charged a $10 fee. If cancellations occur within 24h of pick-up time there will be a 100% charge of the total cost of the trip.

CLOSE-IN BOOKING FEE:

Reservations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a fee of $5 per person.

SHARED RIDE SHUTTLE INFORMATION:

Check-in procedures:
Upon arrival at HOU (hobby P. William airport) or IAH (Georges Bush international airport). You should receive a text message from us and follow our directions on how to find your driver. if you haven’t received any text message by the time you land call us immediately to let us know you have arrived and we can locate your driver.

Please collect your luggage FIRST and then proceed to the appropriate exit to meet your driver.

ALTERNATE VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT

Luxury motor coach service may be used during weekends and peak holiday travel periods as a supplement for airport transfers.

PET POLICY

Pets are not permitted on shuttles unless in a kennel or cage and additional charges will apply. Only service dogs will be allowed in private shuttles.

MINORS TRAVELING ON HVT

Children 16 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or older.

BAG POLICY:

You are limited to 2 bags per guest, including carry-on, sports equipment and any additional bags. In order to accommodate additional or oversized luggage, HVT must be contacted in advance and additional charges will apply.

MISSED FLIGHT POLICY:

Houston VIP shuttle will not be responsible for delays causing missed flights that are the result of inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, traffic that is being metered by the Texas Department of Transportation, or any other conditions outside of its control (include also mechanical breakdowns and flat tires). During Holidays and peak travel days, please be aware that weather, traffic or unforeseen road closures can severely impact travel times on the road. Availability may be limited for last-minute changes. We are not responsible for missed flights. Ride at your own risk

We encourage guests to plan accordingly and/or purchase travel insurance to cover the potential for missed flights and resulting expenses.​

Policies, Refunds, Terms and Conditions

We Accept all major credit cards and cash.

Payments

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Your card number will be used to hold your reservation and charged after the service. All shuttle prices are listed at cash-only prices. If paying with a credit card there will be an additional 5% convenience fee added to the total. Privacy

All information obtained to make your reservation is held in the strictest confidence. We do not make names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, or any other personal information available to any companies or individuals except for those that are directly involved in the delivery of the services that you have requested. Passenger Safety

The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver’s judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or anyone on board. Lost Items

Houston Vip Shuttle will not be responsible for lost or damaged luggage or personal property carried in or on its vehicles, unless such loss or damage is caused by neglect or wrongful act of the company or its agents, and in no event shall the company’s liability, therefore, be greater than $100 per piece of luggage or parcel. We will make our best efforts to return items left in our vehicles to their owners but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning an item that was left behind to its owner must be paid by the owner of the item. Unclaimed items are disposed of after 20 days.
